Hilton works closely with real estate developers and owners to enhance business and leisure travel destinations throughout the Kingdom. This coincides with its plans to double its presence in the Kingdom by more than four times over the next few years.
It is noteworthy that the Hilton Group currently operates 16 hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Waldorf Astoria Jeddah – Qasr Al Sharq, the Conrad Makkah, and the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences. How Hilton was chosen as the ‘Best Workplace’ chosen?
To determine the world’s best workplaces each year, Great Place to Work invites companies to participate in a rigorous, data-driven model that defines the employee experience. The process includes soliciting employee feedback through surveys, collecting data about the company culture and workforce, and obtaining certification status. Hence, companies must be identified as distinguished global employers by appearing on at least five Best Places to Work lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia during 2022 or early 2023.
This honor comes as a result of direct positive responses from team members within a workforce of 460,000 people in 124 countries and regions. In addition to the World’s Best Workplace award, Hilton was earlier this year named the Best Workplace for Women in the U.S. and is honored to be recognized throughout 2023 as the Best Workplace in several countries, including Argentina, Austria, China, Republic of Dominican Republic, France, India, Italy, Peru, Portugal, Switzerland and Uruguay. In total, Hilton has been recognized on more than 450 Best Places to Work lists since 2016
